Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-8 days
  • Cost: $12.99
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $99

VIP Shipping

  • Cost: $19.99
  • Details: Prioritizes your order, ensuring it is processed and shipped with the highest urgency. Note that VIP shipping does not improve logistics timeliness but guarantees prioritized handling.

⏱ Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey in real-time. You can also track your order directly on our Order Tracking page.

🚨 Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to high volume, customs processing, or local weather conditions.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please reach out to us at support@kerussofaith.com and our customer service team will help resolve the issue.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
kerussofaith is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you made an error, contact us within 2 hours of ordering to request a correction.

To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately. If you receive a partial shipment, the remaining items will arrive shortly.
