🔄 Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for most regular-priced items. To be eligible for a return:

Note: We do not accept returns on customized products, personal care items, or products marked Final Sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🔁 Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us with photos of the item within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

A 30% processing fee may apply to cancellations requested more than 2 hours after placing an order due to irreversible bank transaction costs.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Please contact us at support@kerussofaith.com before sending your return — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order will be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
If cancellation is accepted after 2 hours, a 30% processing fee will be deducted due to payment gateway costs.
